Theater first
Seasons, productions, departments, stipends, and contracts are core concepts—not workarounds.
About StageAutograph
StageAutograph is a new software company focused on practical tools for community theaters, performing arts organizations, and the people who keep productions moving.
Why we started
StageAutograph grew from hands-on theater administration—the mix of volunteer time, limited budgets, stipend agreements, changing schedules, and production details that often live across separate spreadsheets, documents, and inboxes.
We wanted tools shaped around seasons, productions, venues, departments, artists, production teams, and orchestras. That means designing around how theaters already think, while making the work clearer, safer, and easier to hand off.
Our goal is straightforward: reduce repetitive administration so theater teams can spend more of their time supporting the artists, technicians, musicians, and audiences who make the work matter.
Seasons, productions, departments, stipends, and contracts are core concepts—not workarounds.
Clear workflows support administrators, volunteers, board members, and read-only reviewers.
Every feature should remove repeated work or make an important decision easier to understand.
Security, privacy, audit history, and careful access controls are part of the product foundation.
The best theater tools start with the realities of the people using them.
